The other bike next to the Desmosidici is a Motocyz (speeled wrong I know), great bike out of Oregon.

 

Very cool! I just looked up the website and there is a documentary coming out this summer.

 

Dang, Wall Street is my Favorite movie of all time. Not only are they coming out with a new one, but it has Duc's in it too? Awesome...

Hopefully the sequel doesn't suck, the original will be hard to beat...

i watched a documentary on the motoczyz on i think discovery, revolutionary bike

 

It looks neat, but it'll probably never make it. Lack of talent, lack of resources compared to the big boys.

The one that could have been was the Britten, but the developer died, unfortunately. He was a genius.

 

So did motoczyz drop their combustion engine bike in favor of the electric motor? The combustion engine was revolutionary.

 

On a whim, I'm gong to say "not a chance".
No way you spend that kind of money in development then scrap it, only GM does stuff like that. I think the electric bike is an R&D project for possible futre sales..but that's pure speculation on my part.

I hope not, that motor is a revolutionary design. Don't know if you've seen the original documentary but it is an amazing bike with many revolutionary and not evolutionary parts.

I remember in the first Transformers movie, when they rode an Aprilia RSVR Factory at the end (and crashed it to help blow up Megatron). I thought it was cool to see my bike in a movie. I guess Shia likes co-starring in movies with Italian bikes

I like the DDRR but I would take that Motoczysz C1 any day of the week and twice on Sunday. That bike is killer!!!
