They will all be about the same I am 6'3" also and I can
flat foot all of them 1st gen and 2nd gen even the SP
versions. They are all tall bikes you will be comfortable
on any of them. I ride a 2008 1100s the SP models are
the taller ones.

 

Same here 6'3 and I could flat foot the SP as well. I chose the base hypermotard model and it's a good fit. (821 - have not sat on previous gen)

 

The 821 SP is the tallest. Plus you can add the DP race seat if you want to make it even taller.
