Siemens ECU and O2 Manipulators?

Hey, new Hyper owner here. I have been pouring over threads and just about burned out the search function.
My endless quest concerning my "new to me" 2010 1100 EVO with Siemens ECU and it's low speed surging reveals a multitude of answers. Some requiring a substantial cash outlay.
Coming from a KTM Super Duke that also had low speed surging issues, the one easy remedy was to install O2 Eliminators. It served the same purpose as the O2 Manipulators I have been reading about here.
Are there O2 Manipulators/Eliminators for a Siemens equipped Hyper 1100 EVO? Fat Duc does not offer them.
I found these, Oxygen O2 Sensor Eliminator Ducati Hypermotard 1100 EVO EVO S | eBay ,but not sure if it will address the surging for the time being.
Presently I only want to perform some basic low budget mods. Not ready to pull the trigger on an exhaust but I am looking into an airbox mod and what looks like a required ECU reflash.
Any feedback is appreciated.

I had looked into this for a long time as well and the only option I found to eliminate the O2 sensors on the Siemens ECU was a reflash by Rexxer.

Before this, I had switched to a 14T front sprocket and throttle tamer to control the surging, with some positive effect. However, the flash was a day and night difference.
