The fairings that I will offer for Paul Smart and Sport S owners will be here soon.
I asked for a fine silver flakes clear coat so it will show the CF weaves as you walk up close but from far away it would mimic the oem paint depends on lightings. Since this will be my demo bike at CotaGP so I want to make it special for myself as well.
As you can see, I also asked to make sure the carbon weaves line up with the headlight fairings on both sides.
The mold for the headlight is actually a donated oem unit, thanks to @simontan 🙏🏽.
so we make sure everything will match up without gaps.
The kit will be offered as a full kit or separate pieces. Keep in mind the pictures below are not the final stages since I’m still in the testing phase.
SPECS: They will come predrilled. We use 12k carbon twill prepreg 400g for the back and 3k twill prepreg 245g for the outside.
