It is finally home after a delay of two months while the dealer fooled around with the paint job. The first time I went to pick it up the paint was so baddly matched I refused to take delivery. They finally got it right and I think it looks pretty good now. It looks even better being home in my shop where it belongs.

Nope, they were meant to be yellow or black. Funny how I ended up with a red Hypermotard and a red Multistrada?

 

wow that looks really nice...what ever you did you nailed it. Red is normally my favorite but I have to say that is the best looking 1098 I have seen.

Wow, I am jealous of your collection. I used to have an M3 as well, and I am currently suffering from a bad case of withdrawl. Don't ever sell it! (unless you wanna trade it to me for my 01 748 and a 91 325IX )

 

Looks good but I think the under seat in carbon is the way to go. Like the painted mirrors though but it needs to be red.
