Does anyone have any experience with Ducati Electronic Shifter.
Does it upshift as well as downshift without the clutch? How smooth the operation is? If while downshifting does the rider supposed to match the RPMs or is it handled automatically? I would love to hear your opinions!

you dont need an electronic shifter to upshift with no clutch...just close the throttle a bit...
you wont loose so much time on the track doing that, unless you want to pay that much money for the shifter... :)

quick shifter

I have the DP QGS Quick Shifter... haven't been able to use it yet... can't seem to find any body, including local deals in my area. It's for a 2001 996S. If any one hears anything... please let me know. Just can't figure out how it connects to the shift road

Hm Annatori is great as well, and affordable. Look them up, im sold on the concept. My 1198 has one and short of a recent glitch which is now repaired, i've never had any issues. The only problem i have is when jumping on the ST3 i mess up the 1st 2 or 3 shifts, as the DQS becomes habit.

Once you get used to a QS system you get spoiled.

I found a Starlane QS on EBay for $200. Starlane makes the DP QS. The one I have is capable of up and down shifting although I only have it set for up shifting. I love it and would say that I am definitely spoiled by it.
