Does anyone here own the Cap Wrench for Marzocci 50mm Forks?

I've blown a fork seal on my Hyper S. The 50mm Marzocci's on the Hyper S use a face spanner wrench with 4mm Pins on a 48mm Diameter, and it's a fairly odd/specific tool.

I really need to replace these seals and get this bike up this weekend, and and three vendors have now failed to deliver the correct wrench. The Nearest Ducatis shops are about 2 hours away, and I don't think they'd want to loan the tool, and I'm not wanting to pay someone else to work on my forks.
If anyone has got it and is willing to loan/rent/sell it to me, I'd really like to get it here with priority mail.

I'm attaching a pic to show the wrench I'm looking for:

2 years of they Hyper S, and two years of another model (can't remember which one at the moment).

Don't worry Wonway - If I don't get it in time I'll come chase you on a japanese bike...

I don't have the specific tool for it, but believe you could use an adjustable pin spanner. Here is one that I believe would work just fine:
Park Tool Co. » SPA-6 : Adjustable Spanner : Crank Tools
This is specifically a bicycle tool, so you might be able to find it or something like it at a bicycle shop. Also, you can find adjustable pin spanners at harbor freight sometimes.

I have a slightly different type that I will try on my forks tonight to see if it is feasible. Hope this helps.

Racetech was one of the failed vendors.. they list a tool for the specific fork, called them and verified it was in stock, had the sales guy verify it was a pin spanner (not), and paid to get it here quick.. they charged me $60 for a nicely stamped out closed end wrench with 41/32/24 mm sizes. They say they are sending a return label...

I specifically asked them to talk to their techs to see what they've used, and they specifically have no idea, LOL.

I made one from aluminum for my '14 SP. It accepts a 3/8" square drive and it also does the steering stem. I used it a few times without any issues.

PM me if interested. We might want to verify the dimensions from your model year in case they changed it.

One thought - my fork caps came off super easily. I bet with some rubber gloves and a nice clean surface, you could unscrew them by hand. Maybe even turn the preload nut gently at the same time for some added friction. The threads were greased and it's just the o-ring holding it together.

edit: I see in your pic now that yours has a large raised middle section. Sorry!

I tried the adjustable pin spanner. With the crappy one I have, I couldn't get a decent grip on it. I think trying to spin it from two points while keeping it from slipping is definitely a challenge. I think the 6 point contact may be necessary (or at least more than 2). Swing by harbor freight and spend $3 on one and try for yourself if you want. I think this style might be more successful:

Mine is more of this style:

Thanks for the offer, Kuksol.. yep - the raised center is right next to the pics, making a normal spanner unable to reach.. I very well may try to rig something tonight to see how loose they are..

I got a dumb backwoods garage question.

What if you back the preload adjuster all the way off and use a wrench on it to take the cap off? With it o-ringed, it shouldn't take much to break it loose. Same goes for putting it on if the preload adjuster stops when full out.

Just a thought in a pinch.

Here's a crazy development.. motomfg got the wrench shipped Thursday, it came in yesterday.. should have the forks done Tuesday and be out riding with Wonway (as soon as I heel up from a case of dumbass).
