Any options to convert hydraulic clutch to cable?

I know. Most want to go the opposite route from cable/manual to hydraulic. For my reasons why, see this thread.

I've been contemplating a change to a KTM SD GT given my MTS issues. Until I saw a thread from an owner experiencing the exact same clutch issue I have with my MTS. Also at high elevation, which may be part of the cause. So that gave me pause.

Wondering if anyone knows of a conversion kit and/or has tried it? I'd be curious to know how much harder the clutch pull might be on the MTS with a cable.

This would be for my '13 MTS.

I was sniffing around trying to find something to help on this issue, didn't really come up with much. However, it seems there are several kits that convert certain Monsters from cable to hydro. This implies that Monster cable parts can work on certain engines ... or at least it looks like that. I don't know anything about the Multistrada. I'm only reporting what I tripped over.

Thanks, appreciate it. The newer SuperSports are the same, too, configured with cables at least for the first few years.

I'm not sure why they went that route -if it was a cost consideration or a reliability issue, or what exactly.
