Multistrada error codes

Hi all
I have my bike in for desmo service when I pu it in I had a warning light when I checked it, it said bank 1 valve position sensor I advised my mechanic of this.
mechanic is now saying after changing sensor that there are some other codes, not sure what they are, and they and the warning light can’t be cleared. Has anyone else had this issue, if so how was it sold.

If the warnings can't be cleared that suggest that whatever the problem is still exists, is your mechanic a Ducati tech or just a general mechanic, what is his experience?
See if you can find our what the trouble codes are and post here for more input.
Also, do you know what diagnostic tool the mechanic is using, some 'lesser' products may not be able to clear certain codes.
