Won’t start, I got a 98 st2 that was sitting for about 12 years. Went over the whole bike. Changed all the fluids rebuilt the master cylinders, brake and clutch. New clutch assembly and cleaned the crap out of the gas tank and put new fuel lines on and rebuilt the fuel pump. Filled the tank about half way and she fired right up. Had it running for about 1/2 hour with no issues. I shut it off and left for work but when I got home it wouldn’t start. Took the tank off and there was fuel all the way to the injectors but still would not fire up. Sprayed some start fluid in and she fired right up and of course shut off. I tried to watch and see if the injectors were spraying and I couldn’t see any fuel spraying into the cylinders. Don’t know where to go next to help trouble shoot this issue. Can someone please point me in a direction. I heard you can reset the ECU?

Did you check to be sure the fuel line inside the tank didn't pop off? Open the gas cap and peer inside while you turn the key on. The pump will prime and if you see swishing in the tank your line either popped off or split.

When you said you replaced the fuel lines, did you do both the in tank lines and the external lines? Did you clean the injectors? I'm wondering if the injectors got clogged by something even though it ran initially. Other issue is did one of the hoses in the fuel tank come loose.
