even if it could be made to fit, i am doubtful the valving and spring rate will be very useful.

the gsxr has a progressive rate linkage, while the duc doesn't.

For the same price, you could go out and get your local Ohlins dealer to build you the correct shock for that price. AND probably end up with some change... (its at $550US... thats about $4000NZ :p )

I was surprised last time i got a quote for a pair of rear ohlins shocks for a Honda CB1000 and it was about $800 for the pair + freight.

Anyway, a link... It does not seem to be bike specific this model but would be built up to be bike specific. You would have to measure your shock up to see if it would even go close. As for spring rates, they can be changed and valving, if i stand corrected, on these shocks is adjustable.
