Hi

I have 916 with a full arrow system. I have attached a picture that shows a opening in my system that can used during dyno testing. Can I get a bolt to close this opening? Please help

It's a threaded cap with a copper washer. I had one fall out of my 748 when it only had a few hundred miles on it. I'm sure they are probably the same among models. Here are the part numbers from the 2002 748 parts manual...

Cap - 780.1.007.1A
Washer - 420.2.001.0A

According to the parts manual, when you order the cap the washer comes with it, but you can order the washer separately.

This is an Full system by Arrow. Can you let me know, if the part that the dealer sells will fit into the opening. Anyway thanks for giving me some pointer on where to look for

thread size is 1/8 gas or npt, straight not tapered. washer is now 85250241a. they'll all be the same. use anti seize on it if you ever want to get it out again and put it in cold if possible.
