That's not the kind of part you can simply remove/replace. In fact, it's molded in the airbox itself.
The cf parts you'll find are only cover to stick with 2side Tape. It looks fine.
If you want a whole carbon thing, you'll have to replace the airbox.

All depends how much you'll put in this mode. I have a Ducati Performance CF airbox, indeed the very same part as the oem plastic one, but CF made of. It had costed 500 euros 4 years ago. In fact, the real deal is a corsa airbox, the only one that reinforces the frame. Furthermore, these kind of airbox has removable side parts, that allows a quick access to vertical cylinder. The price should be around 900/1000 euros.
