It's a Ducati desmo valve system. Not specific to any particular model.

That valve angle is definitely not a Testastretta head. Looks like a 2 valve head to me.

Wow I can only guess that you just got into Ducati. So I will help out.

The pic is of the Desmo valve system in a the motor.
Its what makes a Ducati a Ducati.

Do a search on this forum or Google on Desmo valve system and
you will understand.

Its what makes a Ducati a Ducati to people who don't have any interest in Ducatis that were built before 1980

Im pretty sure those helmets are suomy with a higher ducati price tag.


nope it's the 2009 Ducait Arai Rx-7. normal price is $799.

looks very cook i must admit.

The First picture of the helmet def has a 2 valve head on the side of it, but the one that was posted after it def has a 4 valve head on it

Indeed, the last picture definitely is a testastretta head (Narrow valve angle I believe is what it means) although comparing those two pictures is pretty cool, our modern ducs have indeed come a long way.

Yes it is a 4 valve head...yes it is a Testastretta head(1098) and yes it is on sale for approx $590(if in stock). It is the RX-7, and I have them in stock...........hehe...plug.
