"What?"

I love those commercials. :)
Don't take this the wrong way; but, damn all you people with really nice bikes and nice cars to match! :p

I get to drive around a very nice 1997 Ford Taurus. Complete with various dents and scratches. I did put a decent stereo system in it so I think that should add a few horsepower. ;) Though I have bracketed my cars by affordability for when I get outta grad school (if ever) and start pulling an actual salary:
Mazda RX8
BMW M3
TVR Sagaris (don't expect to ever get this one)

Any one with a 999 take pride in the knowledge that your bike has more horsepower then my car! :p

Are those even available/street-legal in the US? Doesn't look from the TVR website that there are any dealers here. I think my ultimate aspiration car (if money was no object) would be one of these, and in this order:

Mercedes SLR McLaren
Ferarri F430 Spider
Lambo Gallardo

Probably. Of course, if I could afford cars like that, my goal would be to own them all. :)
Very true, I'll add those to my list. :p Although the TVR is pretty far out there, its somewhat in the relm of possibility, well at least more so then 200k plus cars (100k-ish, plus by the time I can think about dropping that kinda money on a car the shipping and exhaust conversion crap needed to make it emmissions street legal wouldnt be a big deal). But then again, I forget who said it (maybe J.P. Morgan) some old banker guy from turn of the 20th century time-ish, anyway, when asked how much he spent on his yatch, he reponded with "If you have to ask, you can't afford it."

BTW, Last time I was in Georgetown in DC there were 2 brand new F430 Spyders parked next to each other along the road, I had to stand back to make sure my drool didn't fall on them ;)
What I Drive

2001 Mercedes Clk55 Amg. But I Just Bought A 1973 Buick Electra And Have Been Cruising, I Mean Floating Around In That For The Past Month. Great Car, It Gets More Comments And Looks Than The Benz. Go Figure. Everybody Loves The Electra, Except For My Wife Of Course. The Lead Sled, Solid As A Rock With A 455 And A 4 Barrel. It Lays Wheels For Have A Block If You Mash On It Off The Line. Its A Blast. Rob
Man you guys should be ashamed at yourselves... ITALIANO ALL THE WAY BABY!

My daily is "Mi Ombra" and she has been with me for around 8 years now. It's a 1998 Alfa Romeo Milano "Verde" that comes stock with Recaro seats. It is a fuel injected all aluminum V6 3.0 liter and stock was 183HP. About 2 years ago I had the motor rebuilt and now have late model top end cams and 10.5:1 compression pistons. May look like a sleeper but trust me... it gets!

I have a good pic but the attachments thing isn't working no matter what I try.

Otherwise, they look great together. :)

Alfa Romeo, the Spider and Milano, have always been cool cars in my book. I remember being at a party in Beverly Hills one time, all the hot cars show up.

This hep cat in a black Milano pulls up fitting right in. He looks like he jumped out of an Armani catalog and his car, while not a Rolls or Mercedes, fit right in. Everyone looked at him pulling up to the curb. So, guess that says a lot.

If one is willing to put up with the minor problems this car has, at times, Alfa's are a secret good deal IMHO.
