I remember seeing an SB6R at the Alexandra Palace show in London back in 1994. I was stunned. That experience is firmly etched into my brain too. The SB6R as well as the later SB8R and SB8K are my favorite Bimotas ever. The Tesi.....cool and all that but not one of my favorites......sean

Close to what Chuck started us off with, the new Triumph Street Twin. 1200cc Thruxton engine in an upright Bonneville chassis. Getting high praises in the rags.

Comfy, thumpy, torquey, fun.

Guess I need to add two more, one attainable and one dreamer:

A plated KTM 300XCW, preferably the Transfer Port Injected one, but I'd be okay with an earlier one.

Suter V4...google it.

I have RG500 and it's a beast, can't imagine how crazy Suter is

I also have 250EXC, which is way more bike than I know what to do with, rode 300 of same vintage, thought I might need to trade down to 200EXC, definitely not up

Gilera CX125 and Moto Morini 500 Sport
Kind of funny that I posted this response and by happenstance end up with a Gilera (Sears) a few months later.
