Recently did a swap and put in a liquid 944 -- everything mounted -- hoses perfect but when I start it -- the coolan isn't pumping through -- I'm gonna rule out bad water pump-- no kinks -- is it temperature driven to initiate pump....gear driven?? Please help

The pump shouls spin with the engine. The water pump shaft may fit into a slotted drive shaft, at least on the older models. It's probably not going too much when it's first satrted and the engine is cold as the thermostat will be closed.

A few questions:
The pump is fed from the bottom of the radiator?
Any air trapped in the system?
