I bought a set and put 6,000 on it. Could have probably done more, but i needed to change sprockets as well so bought a new one. I cleaned it roughly every 500 miles and it worked great.

I don`t troll e-bay much and have never heard of this brand name .... I got no problem economizing .... but when it comes to running gear i.e. tires , chains and sprockets I tend to lean towards the best quality I can find / afford .... that`s just my 2 cents ....

eBay is great for finding deals. Why just look at this great, cheap sprocket I just found:

Seriously, though, they (Volar) make some pretty tough claims, but the reviews could certainly be a bit better. Proceed with eyes open, Sir. That's the advice I would give.

I have a red one that has a few thousand miles on it and hasn't given me any issues. I do clean it and keep it lubed and also almost to the point of paranoia check the master lol but so far so good.
