As you can see this is my 3rd post on here so please be kind:D. I own an S2R1k and currently in the market for some engine mods. I currently have a DP midpipe, reflash, PCIII, K&N open box, and arrow slip ons dyno tuned. I have roughly priced the velocity stacks (Duc shop, WASP, Corse Dynamics), 1080 pistons, and cams. I am on the north end of $2000 for all 3. This is getting a bit out of my price range. So my question is should I do stacks+cams or pistons. Reliability is a big concern for me! The dealer said as long as we do everything the "right way" this will not be a problem. One of my concerns is with the cams I do not want to just move the powerband to be up top. I wouldn't mind having the extra up there just would hate to give up the grunt down low.

I have tried the search on this forum and others. I continue to find positive remarks regarding the mods. But if you had to choose one which one and why?

I am going to move this to the Hyper board and see if it gets any hits over there.
