Is the upgrading of the cylinder head bolts (mcuh talked about in this forum) recommended for all models of the carburetted 900 SS?

Or did Ducati deal with this potential issue somewhere in the life of the carburetted 900 SS?

Thanks in advance for the responses.

im sure someone will correct me if im wrong, but i think cyl head studs werent a problem from '96 on.
I'd have guessed at 95 as they were supposed to be sorted in the 94 model year, however as my original 94 superlight snapped studs in both pots I suspect ducati used old stock bolts over that and the following year, plus old stock sold later may mean early bolts in "later" bikes.

IIRC, the original (brittle) studs were silver. Replacements are black.
