Is there any place or number on the tyres that could tell us the year of fabrication???
Im in the midle of a business with some pairs of new tyres... but i would like to know the year of them... i don´t want old tyres!

On all tires sold in Europe (and perhaps in the rest of the world), there is a marking on the side of the tyre that tells you when it´s manufactured! You can see an area with four digits: as an example 4207 means week 42 and year 2007. If an tyre is marked 164< , it means week 16 and year 1994. It´s not an disaster to buy a tire that is a few years old as long as its been stored the right way ( dark )!

^Correct. You can tell the date stamp, because it's "melted" into the side of the tire after the tire is built, as opposed to all the other markings, which are part of the original tire mold. It's usually sort of oval-shaped...

Thank you very much for your replies...

I have checked the almost of them are marked: (0308) / (0408)

So they are around 1year old! No too much i think...for some Racetec Slicks ;)
