Im sorry but i dont know the name of this part.
It is number 24. Seen on one website as part number 1-000-709-175. It is a green oring. I assume its fuel specific, not like the green ones they sell for air conditioning systems.

I finally got my bike started today but every fuel pump i have is dead. I am ordering that. But i also had to swap part number 23 into my new tank. The oring was destroyed on removal. Any advice or cheap part hacks welcome.

Thank you

Edit; fuel level sensor gasket

These parts are still available in the US through any Ducati dealer. I got mine from Ducati Omaha online. The parts are the same all the way through the later Supersports after 1999. They’re also not expensive. I think I paid $25 or $26 for both the viton o-ring and the weather seal.
