The cam pulleys do have some adjstment on the newer bikes. You loosen the 3 allens and rotate the outer ring against the hub.blade625CT said:check the crank end pulley woodruff key. The cam pulley cannot shift unless the crank pulley does too [it would have to jump teeth on the belt]
double check that all your timing marks are aligned [crank and cam]
I've never known of a woodruff key failing, but I'm still learning....
In the second pulley you show the timing mark for the lower pulley is a small notch in the case. Look closely you can see it in the pic.
When I get home Ill take a few pics of the orientation of the 620 engine I have on the bench. You can compare then.
