who out there owns both a 92-98 Super Sport as well as a modern Sport Classic? As time goes on i find my self wanting to ride the super sport more then the 999 and with the old girl pushing 30k miles im starting to think about lighting her load. Is a sport classic i good choice?

i would think so. New or used? If used, buy one with as many mods on it as you can.

Funny, I have a 97 ss (sp) and i just picked up a sport classic that was in a front ender a few months ago. I just finished working on it tonight and took her for a quick ride. Do not think the ss will be seeing pavement any time soon. The sport classic handles better, is quicker and about 4 times as fun.
