FourRings, this bike came to me from Golden, Colorado. You may have seen this bike around. The man I bought it from (name withheld as I don't want to use his name in public without permission) is a super cool dude that entertained all of my stupid questions with the air of a gentleman. You can PM me is you want to know his name. Some chance you know him.

My 1997 Ducati 400SS with 8k miles (13k km's). I'm still learning the Ducati details but its got superlight clocks, rear set pegs, superlight style solo seat, full fiberglass body work (Not sure if they came with fiberglass). termignoni full exhaust, a purple spring (???). Magura brake master, and brembo clutch master (stock?). Carbon front and rear fenders, and other little carbon bits.

Frame brace for SS carb model Bolts on no mods banish the frame cracking £55 each

Steve is only making them upon request now. I got mine directly from him as did Rexcoil. I don't know who else has done the same but for certain, one member here had issues with Steve. I did not, and he was responsive to any questions I had. I contacted him via the email address on his website, sent him the money via paypal and had my brace in around a week from the date of payment. Hope that answers your question......sean

Super trap slip-on, custom two into one semi spaghetti, stock headers,
Super trap was put on to control sound for various tracks but found it helpful with small tuning adjustments...
Different look very old school.

I found this low mileage 97 900ss/cr only 13000 miles had not been started in 12 years I'm the third owner. It needed allot of TLC and knowledge of how to finesse this beauty back to life. After some time and money I'm nearly there.I didn't expect to like it this much,I told my wife (in order to let me buy it) where can I invest $900.and two months later after weeks of enjoyable work, sell it and collect $2000.profit.Well she said OK, not a day goes by that I don't take this cool bike out for a ride.At 63 because of the crotch rocket riding position I don't ride more then 50 miles before I have to get off for a stretch,so I wouldn't ride this bike across country I have several other bikes better suited to that. One of the fairing side panels was damaged ,I painted it and waited months for the proper decals to finish it .The funny thing is I've gotten used to the bike naked, and I really like it,I'm in process of developing a bikini fairing to fill in around and finish of the front of the bike.Like I said I have all the original fairing pieces,so What i'm doing is totally reversible.
