So today i rode about 50k's to get to my favourite local twisties and about 8 corners in i got stuck in 3rd gear! Not happy at all... So i've done a search and it looks like this could be a straightforward problem with a relatively easy fix - the question is: should i have a go at fixing this myself? I bought the bike salvage so it has no warranty and the nearest dealer is 300k's away... Has anybody here done this themselves?
