I'm told that there were a few different styles of nipples used for the oil coolers. The one on my ST4 has two very fine o-rings that are not easy to find. The cross section is 0.040in thick, not the typical 1/8in. You can stretch small standard o-rings over the nipple and tighten it down, but that tends to make it back out over time, so keep any eye on it.

One o-ring on each of my nipples was nicked and torn from the factory.

I will post the link to the o-rings when I can find it. They're generally called Parker o-rings if you're searching.

The other side has started though and I've purchased 4 of the Viton o-rings and 2 crush washers. I'm going to install in a few weeks. Bike is up on the hoist for the season.
Good year putting on another 5.5 thousand miles touring and other.
