Thanks to all for helping me out along the way with answering my numerous questions over the past few weeks. My bike is finally running fairly well(1998). Still a few bugs here and there to nail down but I have been able to get out and enjoy the thing!

I'm a photographer, and one of my friends is as well. We went out yesterday and shot some images(well, he did the shooting). I have been riding for about 15 years and until yesterday did not have a single frame of me riding-ever..

Is that that the old highway over Donner Pass where the road passes under itself? I used to hike up above the railroad tracks and take train photos when I lived in Sacramento in the 70's.

Correct. That is old highway 40 above Donner Lake in Truckee, CA(where I live). The bridge is Rainbow Bridge. I believe from around 1900.

Cool spot for sure. Fun ride(short) but fun.
