Thanks to all for helping me out along the way with answering my numerous questions over the past few weeks. My bike is finally running fairly well(1998). Still a few bugs here and there to nail down but I have been able to get out and enjoy the thing!

I'm a photographer, and one of my friends is as well. We went out yesterday and shot some images(well, he did the shooting). I have been riding for about 15 years and until yesterday did not have a single frame of me riding-ever..

So, hope you enjoy the shots.

Is that that the old highway over Donner Pass where the road passes under itself? I used to hike up above the railroad tracks and take train photos when I lived in Sacramento in the 70's.

Correct. That is old highway 40 above Donner Lake in Truckee, CA(where I live). The bridge is Rainbow Bridge. I believe from around 1900.

Cool spot for sure. Fun ride(short) but fun.

Really nice shots. The guy behind the camera has a good eye. You need to lean it over a bit more :) Just kidding, looks really good.

Thanks for posting those! Glad that you are getting her sorted out and enjoying riding. I've enjoyed reading your posts and seeing the TLC you are giving her. I'm sure it is much appreciated! Ride safe!

Great shots. Who is the goofy guy in the white Arai with the SHIELD UP?:D

One of these days I must get up there for a ride, beautiful country.

He seems to be complying with the dark face shield rule while the bike is in motion.
It's a good rule too, I comply without question:D

Great shots, and nice weather.

I can't wait for spring, not long to go, and our winter hasn't been too cold or wet, so the chances are the drought continues.....
