Want to have a more city friendly ride. I loved the multi on the highway but it was too heavy for me to ride around my urban neighborhood for (more frequent) short trips to the store or local watering hole.

I see a few used (yellow) ones for sale now on CL or CycleTrader.

Should I stick with the icon and avoid the 1100? Read a few posts about mech issues with the early 1100 models. Also, I like to trade bikes after 1 year or so. The icon is less of an investment and may be more easy to sell to the next rider?

I never buy a bike based on how easy it might be to sell, but then, I don’t sell them or buy a new one every year. Ev

If you sell every year or so, if the bike has issues, get rid of it.

I love the Scrambler but when trying it I felt it "too small". I know you were looking for a nimbler bike, but were you able to get over the size difference?

Size-wise, is it different than the 1100?

Im 5'9" and 175 lbs so its a good size for me and a very nice bike overall for what I wanted. I think the ICON vs 1100 models are the about same size.
