Hello Ducati Community 👋

I was searching and I couldn't find a topic with a showcase of your Ducati's. I'm about to repaint and restore everything on my 996 and would love to have some inspiration from all of yours.

Therefore you can show your amazing 748/916/996/998 bikes here!

Have a great week. 😁

Proph, you make me laugh. I almost did a beer post on your chat post from yesterday, but I have learned to not click "post" after a few.

I have a maxed out iMAC from 2005 that is barely kicking along these days. The real struggle html and java, if i could make that medium current, then it would be more or less ok since it is 64-bit. The irony of it is that when we cannot access what we need, we load the Windows VM (which is very fast) then we are in a Windows environment that is faster than a native Windows OS.

I also have some old Macbooks that i am moving to SSDs to be current. In short, Apple made some great stuff in the past. These days I move to Linux b/c the world is run by Linux and Lunix, it turns out, is the best.

This is a superbike forum, so here:

Here’s my old 998 Bostrom I had redone after a crash. 😬 I miss this one a lot. But I just picked up a new/old one that needs some serious work. Might do for a red and gold theme close to the og 916 but freshened up a bit. Idk

Nice few pages of bikes. No Bostrom or Bayliss models....yet.
Nearly bought a 916 SP3 once. Oh well.

It’s the black one in my post above, #123.

The bike underneath the black one is one I just picked up (#22) she’s in need of some serious work. But I just got it running with a new fuel pump, sensor, spark plugs and a good cleaning of the injectors.
Shoot I also had a 02 748s but I can’t find a decent picture of it.

Whats the handling like with the 30mm offset triple clamp and what changes did you make to the rear to go with it ?
Whats the handling like with the 30mm offset triple clamp and what changes did you make to the rear to go with it ?
the 30mm offset triples made for a twitchier street ride for sure. Suited more for track riding. A better explanation can be found in several other threads here.

I don’t want to detract from this thread so you can PM me with any specific questions, but bear in mind I’m no suspension guru. Just someone who invests way too much into his bikes.
This arrived today, new oem, never been fitted. The bike that its going on should hopefully be here next week.

Nice bike.
You don’t see a lot of 748s with the older Cagiva graphics.
