I reduced dtc from.5 to 2 for racetrack but it didnt help. Total mess...

Do you mind describing the DTC problem you have the d212 ? I suppose the size is also 190/55? I have been using pirelli SuperBike 190/55 with DTC set to 1, no issues there. I tried DTC set to 5 last year and I noticed it came on frequently at lean

It started from the turn 3 on my first lap. Cuting the trottle like i'm runing out of petrol. It started in the turns then even on the strait. On the strait I couldn't go more than 4000rpms even on full throttle. I went in box and connected sfs to diagnostic as you can see on the picture.
I put dtc off and went out on track again, no issues. D212 gp racers are proper dimensions 120/70/17 and 190/55/17 medium compound.
I'm planning to go for full ecu remap and dyno tuning in November, so I'll try to fix dtc issue as well. I'll put everything here.

Can somebody from moderators put the picture like it should be? I don't know why is upside down.

Interesting... my experience was DTC=5 is too intrusive, 1 works well for me. Looking at the screen shot, it does look like an ECU issue. I hope a ECU re-flash will fix your problem

Since you mentioned about swing arm gap between swing arm and rear tire, I do find 190/55 is a bit tight. I am planning to cut some area off the swing arm next week to fit 200/60 slick

Hi guys.
I 've been on track with my sfs and i was using gp racer d212 (m) tyres. I tryed to put tyre warmers on but there wasn't enough space between tyre and swingarm..
Plus with d212 tyres dtc went mad. Completly ruined my first lap. So i went out in the box and swithced it completly.
My question is:
Is it tyre related problem (lack of clerance between tyre and swingarm) or something else?
I was using d212 for the first time, before only supercorsas. Dimensions where standard. 120/70/17 190/55/17.

For your issue about the swing arm clearance, if you are unable to even put tire warner on due to the lack of space, there is a danger that the rear tire may touch the swing arm once it heats up. I had this problem when using pirelli 200/60 slick.

the swing arm is now modified to allow 10mm clearance when using 200/60 tire

I yust send my bike to tuning centre in Croatia capital, 700km away from my place.

Sfs guys, please, what to do with tyre clearance issuses? Any problems with supercorsas in stock size?

I used stock 190 Super Corsa on my SFS before. No issue, performed great in fact

Same here, i had bsb compound for street use
But what about tyre warmers, all ok? You where able to put it on fear tyre without issues?

Yes, tire warmers worked too with 190 SuperCorsa. I also used 190 Pirelli SuperBike slick tires, slightly tighter, but also ok with stock swing arm. 200 slicks was definitely a no no for my SFS until I modified the swing arm
