I recently converted my SF to 15T / 41T in 520 with DID ERV3 chain.

Gearing feel near perfect, where stock was just far too tall, especially for a naked bike.
Take off from 1st gear is cleaner and smoother but does not feel noticably shorter. 5th and 6th are still high speed gears. 4000rpm in 6th reads about 67-69mph.

I was a bit concerned that I might have under geared the SF but I wouldn't consider less then 41T and could even see 42T in some cases.
I should have weighed the parts, as I just picked up a accurate digital scale but will have the numbers and pictures soon.

Here is a shot of the new kit on the bike.

Speedo seems to be accurate. I believe the speed is read from the front wheel?
I didn't notice any sensors on the rear.
I bought from my LBS (local bike shop), AFAM counter sprocket, Supersprox rear, DID ERV3 chain.
I will guess about 2 to 3 lbs lighter then the stock steel 525 set, based on previous 520 kits.

I didn't count but I bought the 120 link version, I'm not sure f there was a shorter option (probably would have been cheaper)
But it looks like more then 100 links used.

I'll check shortly.
