recently dropped my bike off at my local dealer for a simple 600 mile service and tire change. 2 weeks later it sounds like my dealer is having trouble connecting his scan tool to my bike to check for updates and turn off the service light. He is telling me that the bike simply is not connecting and is not recognizing the scan tool so its not showing up to run the diagnostics.

To me this sounds like a Scan tool issue but he told me the tool works fine with all his other bikes. This is the first service I have had on the bike so im not sure if this has ever happened in the past.

I wanted to ask other forum members if they have ever had a similar issue, or if something like this is a known issue on these bikes.
