The rubber washers are wellnuts (scroll down the ca-cycleworks page) and cheaper than what I paid on eBay. Just send either of them an email and you should be fine. I ordered genuine parts from Section8 and quoted the part numbers. I will be using both of these again - even from the other side of the world.
