Totally transformed! That's what it is. It's very smooth with only the smallest hint of the low end stumble. When I say smallest, it's really almost none but since were all super sensitive to it and looking for it, it's there but if I didn't know there was ever a problem, I probably wouldn't have noticed anything. In fact, it sounded so amazing and pulled away from a dead stop so smoothly that it felt like a different bike. It revs much faster and it "felt" at least 10hp up. I short shifted first and the front came right up in second! My bike doesn't do that. I was not sure what to do till now, full Termis it is!

Oh and as a side note, his bike is fantastic and looks 10x's better in person!

Thanks again man!

No problem at all...I'm glad you liked the difference as much as I do. It really is a different bike with the system. I can't imagine anyone getting the full system and then being disappointed with the decision.

Thanks for the kind word on the bike too! :yeah:
srleadjb do you have the termi slip on kit on your bike? If so did you notice if there is more heel clearance with the full system? Thanks

I'm a believer! I do wish it was open loop still just for optimal dyno tuning but really, it doesn't need it.
It seemed to me that there was slightly more heel clearance, but it could be my imagination.

No, my exhaust is stock and I've modded my heat shield so I didn't notice any significant difference but uthatch said it seemed closer in to him, compared to stock. Its easy to move the shield closer if its bothering you. Also spacing out the right side foot assembly helps a lot. I'm working on an idea for a custom heat shield.

I've read about pounding the mounting tabs closer to the pipe but I'm hesitant to take a hammer to the bike  Let us know what you come up with, thanks.
Yeah...

So, I pulled the trigger on the full system. It look like the exhaust header is configured differently than the stock header. In any case the system looks sweet and I look forward to the sound & lack of stumbling that I have now. Problem is that Italy is on holiday till Sept. 1st or so...

A few questions...

My stock headers look like they are on the verge of rusting? Is the full system header quality any better? In the pictures of Ken's SF they look better but I dont know if he polished them.

Can the full system be installed with normal hand tools? I spoke to my local Ducati tech and he said that he would have to reset the TPS. How easily does the stock header seperate into pieces?

Thanks!

I "massaged" mine a bit the other day and installed the longer Oberon footpegs, while this helps, the shield is still somewhat intrusive...
I know. It isn't even the same bike anymore and I'm not just talking about the flat spot being gone.
Ken

My bike also revs much more freely through the range although I only have the cans fitted....
