First I've heard of 7 angle valves, is that still a thing?
When I built the 853 I had 13 angle valve seat / throats CNC'd into them.
Back in the day when I built sprintcar motors I'd cut a 1mm wide 30* seat and blend it smoothly in both directions and then the back of the valve wouldn't have a seat as such, just a smooth radius so all you got was a hairline contact.
It's the contact area of the valve / seat that's the major influence on smooth fast flow.
The exhausts I'd lap in for a 1.5mm seat area to conduct the heat away from the valves, the inlets don't need that especially on the ethanol fuel we used.
