Hi all,

My wife is concidering to buy a Strada for her next bike. The thing is, the height of the 1000 is higher than the 600. She had a chance of riding the 600, and she loved it. Hence, she's now looking to change rides.

Does anybody know about riding height adjustment of the 1000? How high/low can it be adjusted?

I would hate to admit that the Strada guys are not as active or helpfull. My query has had over 60 views and not even an attempt to suggest ideas

It can be adjusted if you install the adjustable rear heght tool (from the DP catalog).

sorry to give the impression that we were not helpfull. I guess I could have just said I don't know. however, given that the MS is one of the taller bikes on the market, even lowering it will still end up with a fairly tall ride. why not the 620? most reports give it high marks even with the smaller motor.

It's allright, I got the response I wanted after all. Sometimes it takes a bit of shake to get things rolling.

About the 620. Yes, that's the one she and I rode, hence the interest. Is just that I'm hoping for a smoother power curve and torque out of the 1000. Having said that, she has declared the 620 just fine, it's me who's pushing for the 1000 since I would ride it every now and then. That's not to say I wouldn't ride a 620, the're fun anyways.
