Just got a set of anodized brake/clutch reservoir covers for my 696 monster. I'm assuming that it's just a straightforward unscrew old, replace w/new? have not wrenched much on motorcycles so want to make sure that there are no caveats to worry about.
also, I see that OEM covers state to use DOT 3-5 fluid? Not sure what came with the bike but is it safe for me just to buy anything that falls within the range if I need to top off?
