Replace pulley bearing?

I'm hoping someone can weigh in on some grease I found when checking the timing belts.

The bike is a 2012 Streetfighter 848

I'm prepping for the belt change so I took the horizontal cover off to check the belt condition. The belt is at 68hz, which is just under the lower limit of 70hz but the belts look to be in good condition. One area of concern is some oil/grease residue I found on the pulleys. Seems to be coming from the upper pulley and in one of the photos there seems to be a small pool of grease when I look through the small hole in the pulley. I stuck a hex into the liquid and it is thick. I'm thinking that the pulley bearing might need replacing but please let me know what you think, and let me know if you see anything else that is out of order.

Also, what do you guys make of the timing mark on the crank???

Believe it or not I think every bike that I serviced for the first time had this, even a little bit on the inside of the belt cover.

I'm confused about identifying the bolts and nuts in the engine torque section of the service manual. I have attached the parts diagram and the engine torque section. Help me with these two questions:

I need to know how much to torque the tensioner puller nut. I think they are listed as (Idler and tensioner pulley bolts - M20x1 - 50NM - LOCK 2 or TB1324) but 50NM seems way to high.

I need to know how much to tension the setscrew on the idler pulley because I'm replacing the bearing.

I'm guessing it's one of these:

Idler and tensioner pulley bolts - M20x1 - 50NM - LOCK 2 or TB1324
Pulley flange retaining screws - M6x1 - 10NM
Idler and tensioner pulley nut - M8x1.25 - 25NM - GREASE A

Vid before I change the belts and bearing

Could someone who has done the belt work before take a look at this vide and tell me if everything sounds okay. This is before I change the belts and the bearing I think is leaking. I have never worked on a Ducati and this is the first one I have ever even been on. There is a good amount of noise but I'm wondering about the whirling noise and I have no idea if that is normal.

Also, if someone could give me the torque for the tensioner nut and the idler bolt it would be greatly appreciated!

Take idler pulley off? Is it just that Allen bolt that needs to come out to take them off to replace bearings?
