No silly questions there, j.3-General Q, when disconnecting a battery its Positive first then Negative, then when hooking up its Negative first then Positive?
Thanks in advance guys, sorry if it seems im asking silly questions, just want to learn.
I can't help you on the RR questions, but you've got it a bit backwards on the battery cables. Generally on a negative-earth/ground system, remove the negative cable first when disconnecting, and when re-connecting, connect the negative cable last. That way if something like a wrench were to touch between the battery positive and the frame, it wouldn't be connected to ground, so no sparks should fly (of course, if you connect a wrench between the battery + & -, you'll get sparks no matter what ).
