I'm what most people would call obese and have a problem with the paint rubbing off the back of my tank. Does anyone know of a tank protector that would cover and protect the spot on my tank that is rubbing off? I feel most protectors wouldn't stick well on the sharp angle of the back of the tank.

Maybe a paint protection film would work in that spot. Something like 3M's Scotchgard film. That is a sharp contour though. You'd either have to get a film that can be stretched to prevent creases or that can be shrunk with a hair dryer. Vinyl wraps are heat shrunk, I believe, so maybe you could even put some black vinyl in that area (think automotive wrap/decal vinyl). That would also hide the missing paint.

Try a carbon tank protector from CarbonWorld (link). I have one on my 14 MTS and it looks good and protects the tank paint as well.
