How often should the rear brake be cleaned up (bleeding)?
I have read multiple forums and looks like Ducati Multistrada are notorious for having a very weak rear brake. I just read that the fluid used gets too hot and becomes useless? Any one else?

Rear brakes don't usually work as hard as the fronts. Usually Brake fluid should be replaced every 2 yrs or 40k km. Can't see it overheating unless the exhaust runs to close. Lots of Dukes seem to have weakish rear brakes, probably due to the racing heritage. On a sports bike when braking hard the rear wheel will be off the ground or barely touching so minimal brakes can be applied.
