Just out of curiosity. I Heard a racer talking about rear wheel speed matching engine crank speed before entering a corner. What does this mean or why do you need to do it ?

He is talking about matching ur rpm to the current gear ur in with out getting too much engine braking if not at all. Basically try being in 5th and downshift to 3rd and try not to get too much engine brake maintaining the same speed you were at when you were on 5th. It's done to not upset the chassis. Braking should be done with the brakes and not engine but you need to be in the correct speed for said gear to get the most out of the power.
