I've come across a few race-replica frames from a few European vendors for my N/C 250 (quickly becoming a not) Monza:

Classic Ducati, F3 race frame:

Classic Ducati MotorCycles | Vintage Ducati Spares | Classic Ducati Restoration and information. - F3 Frame

Old Racing Spare parts:

01R0082
Telaio racing tipo ufficiale
Frame Racing Official type

Of course these are pretty expensive (not sure on the Old Parts one), but with the ever-increasing list of what I need to do to my existing frame, it might be a more time and cost-effective option...

So, and thoughts on these frames - or others?

Cheers,

Tom

Okay, let me expand the question: are there any good resources out there for tried-and-true race frames for the NC bikes? I haven't found any, but if I do I might work with my friend (builds race bikes, has frame jig, etc) to build a complete chromoly frame from scratch.

Anyone know of info, blueprints, etc.?

Cheers,

Tom

He does actually say in the description that it's not finished, on paper not much to do but for a machine designed to be ridden, especially in Germany, it has no certificate of roadworthiness which could lead to some heartache. It has also never been run.
