And I got questions..

How do you convert xx Nm to xxFt-Lb?
My understanding is that :

Ft-Lb = Nm X 0.7376

Am I correct on that?
And whats the torque req. on 32mm hub nut? I hear some say 180~190 N.M. which according to my conversion, comes to somewhere around 130ft-lb.
But I've also read somewhere that they are torqued to 170ft-lb.

and whats the torque req on those clutch basket bolts?

ChrisRam, Thanks for the chart! I'm saving that on desktop.

As far as drum holding tool goes, I called local ducati dealer, and they have some junk friction plate and steel plate. I'm gonna go get several of them, and screw them togther. Although, they tell me that if I use impact wrench, it'll come off without holding tool.

And I do have access to air tool...
