Functionality totaly counts -my main reason for adding them. A buddy went down last weekend on a 999 and it made all the difference. He's had that experience twice now and both times they saved his bike. I've heard about new sliders that go under the fairings, just haven't seen any or know anyone who has.

Nope..

There are several types that don´t need a new battery. But most of them are framemounted without using the enginebolt as a mounting point.
Here is one example (from Ducati-kaemna in Germany)

I use Cyclecats on mine.. tried and tested aswell I´m afraid. They worked great.

the ones that i have for sale, These models require removal of the emissions evap charcoal canister. Instructions and parts are included.

well that didnt work...according to the chart i think that you need the other model number, sorry. mabey i am reading it wrong, check it out and let me know.

acutally it looks like it will work but will still require a smaller battery.
