I use Agip oil and coolant, I'm the only person I know who does. It reallly doesn't matter as long as you change oil every 1500 to 3000 miles. I have never used 10w60, always 20w50 4T. Last time I used Amsoil was for dirt bike premix and blew the engine (lower end) probably a coincidence, but now I only use Honda. Oil is a very superstitious thing to some people. The only reason your bike came with an Agip sticker on it is marketing. I use it because I get screaming deals on it.
