I just received pics of my newbuilt exhaust. Still rough right now. Welds to be cleaned up, then ceramic coating in and out.

Measured at 40mm to 45mm before coupling, 50mm at coupling, then splits into two 50mm to the mufflers.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.......... piiiipppes........

can we see pics from the side so we can see the whole bike?

are those the DP pipes?

do you have measurements, etc for the pipes that you (or someone else) made?

I just have the posted pics so far. I will have pics when it is done prior to putting the bodywork on as to see it on the bike. I'll get pics from all angles, kinda like a good porn shoot.

The only measurements I have are the rough numbers listed origionally. I will get better ones once I get to see it for real. Yes to the DP mufflers. The full exhasut (up to the mufflers) are from metal stock.

Post more pics. How did you mount the mufflers? Looking for some inspiration for my race bike exhaust.

This system looks exactly like what I've been wanting to do have you got and other pictures yet? The mounting setup is most interesting to me

We used the mounting brackets from the Dp slip-ons I have on. They were just reshaped(S-bends in them) to fit inside. We put a Monster tail light underneath as to see the license plate better(can't really see it, it's mounted in front of the rear shock). Already been pulled over once because the Officer said he didn't see a plate on my bike until he was directly behind.

Very nice, by comparison - here is a pic of my Silmoto headers that I'm a bit unhappy with now that they are fitted.

The LHS exit pipe is at completely the wrong angle and I've had to grid away some of it just to get the can to fit correctly:

Beautiful bike Iconic. Bummer o the fit, but turned out very nice. Wish I still had my SP.

Cheers Brian, sadly I've missed most of the riding summer here in the UK for various reasons but largely, because of all the mods I've done - and I'm still not finished yet!

I have some Silmoto cans to fit as well next - be interesting to see how THAT goes.
