What is this and why is it leaking oil? Bad o-ring/seal maybe? Or did it just start leaking because of my uberfast laptimes at the track last week? J/K Let me know, thanks!!

oil pressure sender
replace it
use new washer
dealer should stock it

Oil pressure sensor leak is very common and not just on Ducatis, you have a new style which is supposed to be a "better" one, IIRC Ducati packages the sensor with a new style wire connector which you already have so all you have to do is replace sensor.

Don't over-tighten it

True, Ducati sells them for somewhere around $40 but it's a generic part and can be found cheaper.
I do have spare OEM sensor, not gonna need it since I sold the Duc, you can have it for $20 shipped
