Alright, so unless someone can tell me emphatically why to not buy the Napa brand full synthetic oil I fully intend to buy it.
NAPA AUTO PARTS

Questions for thread:
  1. Has anyone used this brand before and what are your thoughts?
  2. What brands and style is recamended? (manual says 10w-40 or use chart)
  3. Any thoughts on oil filters?

Temperature around here has been around 60-95F, with year-around range of about 0-105F.

Great Question

will that be ok for your wet clutch?
I have no idea, that's why I am posing the question to the people that do. I actually already purchased some oil from a bike shop. I went ahead and went with Bel-Ray motorcycle oil 10w40 non synthetic. I figured not being 100% confident I would pass on it this time around. I'm still interested in what others are using and why though!

Many people will tell you not to use standard car oil due to the wet clutch. I actually had an 01 ss- I always used the mobil 1 synth motorcycle oil from walmart.
